Onward Roseburg is committed to helping people move forward. Our services act as steps to the next level of personal development.

We assist in obtaining Picture ID necessary for housing, employment, and some benefits. Birth certificates are often required to obtain ID so we’ll help order that too!

Section 8 and low-income housing involves waiting lists. The sooner you get on the list the sooner you get housed. Call us at 541-236-2089. Apply today!

Onward’s mailing address is available upon request to be used for housing and other business mail. We will maintain your email address and can serve as a message phone.

Onward has a certified disability claims representative who will advocate for medical care and apply for benefits.

Onward is mobile, bringing services to people in the community, on the streets, parks, and trails. We also participate in Connecting Point with other local agencies at the Dream Center on Mondays.
